Vila do Conde

Imagine a great place, with large trees, a fountain, in the medium, a capital of more than 150 square meters, where the lacemakers are, and everywhere around the artisanal stands. I will detail them all, but will not present four stands to you, so that you had a small idea. There was; of course, all local products: cheeses, believed ham, Porto....

But also this strange craftsman who carved vines.	This one is more familiar: carpets of all colours, all thickness and all sizes were on the spot manufactured.

The sculpture and basket making were largely represented in several stands of this kind.

We can, now, traverse the stands. You will find, in the pages which follow, a general photograph of the stands with the delegations representatives the various countries, in each page, of the lace details. The last part will be devoted to the lacemakers of Vila do Conde.
