Christmas with Valenciennes
16h30, Saint Nicolas announces that the time assigned with decoration is past. We were content with the result. All the parts of decoration of our fir tree were carried out with wire of telephone (very flexible and resistant to the bad weather). The decorated fir trees will be established as of December 9 and until the beginning of January with the four corners of Valenciennes by the service of the parks of the town of Valenciennes. Each fir tree will be identified by a small panel pointing out the name of the team and association.

I thank all the lacemakers for Valenciennes and Sebourg to have answered very spontaneously my request, because believe me, to work of the telephone son is not easy thing for a lacemaker accustomed to very fine and meticulous work.
